Payment:We accept most major credit/debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, etc. and your account will be charged on the day of despatch. We also use secure server software for online ordering, therefore, protecting your credit card details.

Delivery:  Delivery for carriage within the UK is £2.00.  If an item that is in stock is required by 12p.m. the next working day, a charge of £4.00 will be made.

Returns:Should any garment be unsuitable, it must be returned to us, unworn, to Laraine Lingerie, 66 High Street, Ingatestone, Essex CM4 9DW., within 7 working days from the day the goods are received. It must be in its original packaging, undamaged, with all labels intact and in perfect condition. We advise that you use recorded delivery or an equivalent when returning items or obtain proof of postage when posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please submit the return form and enclose with goods being returned. Please take care when trying on garments, as marked items cannot be refunded. Also due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings and bodies. We will credit the amount of the returned goods to your card no later than 7 days from receipt of item , excluding the original postage and packaging charge which is non-refundable.. Please note carriage costs for returning garments (including insurance) is the responsibility of the customer.

All items in our 'sale' are of high quality and may be end of season or discontinued lines and therefore available at discounted price. Customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit refund only, which can be applied against future orders.

Placing an order: If your items are in stock, your order will be despatched within 7 days Mon-Fri. If your item is not in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer, so orders can still be fulfilled within an average of 14 days. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.

Privacy Policy: Laraine Lingerie will never pass on personal customer information to third parties
